Sell CarAt G Nuline Inc. , we are committed to providing transparent, lawful and customer friendly car buying and selling services in full compliance with Canadian federal and provincial vehicle regulations. By engaging in any car sale, purchase or related service through G Nuline Inc., both the buyer and seller agree to the following terms and conditions.
G Nuline Inc. ensures that all vehicle transactions follow the guidelines set by Transport Canada and the respective provincial motor vehicle authorities. Every vehicle listed for sale must be accurately described with its make, model, year, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), odometer reading and condition status. Sellers are required to disclose any material facts about the vehicle, including accident history, prior commercial use (such as taxi or rental), rebuilt or salvage branding, odometer tampering or any outstanding liens. Failure to disclose material information may result in cancellation of the transaction in accordance with Canadian consumer protection laws.
All transactions must include complete documentation such as a Bill of Sale, a transfer of ownership form and where required by provincial law a Used Vehicle Information Package (UVIP) or equivalent disclosure record. In some provinces, a Safety Standards Certificate or emissions certificate may also be necessary for lawful registration. G Nuline Inc. facilitates these documents but is not responsible for any omission or misrepresentation provided by individual sellers.
The purchase price and payment terms must be agreed upon in writing before completing the sale. Buyers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, registration fees and transfer charges as per their provincial requirements. Ownership and risk transfer occur only once the buyer has made full payment and taken possession of the vehicle along with all required documents. Until then, the seller retains ownership, insurance and liability for the vehicle.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all vehicles sold through G Nuline Inc. are considered “as-is – where-is”, meaning there are no express or implied warranties regarding the vehicle’s condition, performance or fitness for use. The buyer acknowledges that they have inspected or waived the right to inspect the vehicle before purchase. G Nuline Inc. strongly recommends that all buyers conduct independent mechanical inspections and lien checks prior to completing a purchase.
In accordance with Canadian consumer laws, there is no statutory cooling off period once the sale is finalized and the vehicle delivered. All transactions are legally binding upon completion, except in cases of proven fraud or undisclosed material defects. The seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price received, excluding cases involving intentional misrepresentation.
G Nuline Inc. operates under the applicable laws of the Province or Territory in which the transaction takes place, as well as the laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from a transaction will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Both buyers and sellers are encouraged to retain copies of all signed agreements, certificates and supporting documentation for their records.
By proceeding with a car sale or purchase through G Nuline Inc., all parties confirm that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and that they will comply with all relevant Canadian and provincial automotive trade laws and consumer protection regulations.
